Intentional Movements That Matter.

Physical therapy that transforms pain into possibility. Most people don’t realize how their everyday movement habits shape their pain. We help you become aware of what you’re doing, why it matters, and how to shift into easier, more comfortable movement.

How it Works

1. Begin With a Conversation

You start with a free phone consultation where we learn about your pain, your goals and your daily movement habits. This helps determine if her approach is the right fit for your needs.

2. Get a Personalized Evaluation

In your first session, We observe how you move, identify habits that may be contributing to discomfort and creates a plan focused on improving your awareness and comfort.

3. Learn Optimal Movement Patterns

We guide you through gentle, targeted movements that teach your body more efficient ways to move. You begin to understand what helps, what hurts and why.

4. Practice With Simple Take Home Tools

Each session includes easy movements you can practice at home. These tools help you reduce pain, prevent flare ups and build healthier habits that last.

"I think taking your ATM® classes is great especially for us seniors, as it’s not a cardio workout, but yet it helps me with my balance, stretches the muscles and I feel more agile.  Thanks!"

Sharon S.

Miriam Safir

Surprise, AZ

“I am much more aware of my body and definitely Feldenkrais® helps me control my habits. I have less back pain, free my shoulders and hips. I love your classes, thank you for everything.”

E. K.

Norwalk, CT

“Christine leads us into an awareness state of how our bodies coordinate movement and how we can help release holding and tension. I feel more relaxed and aware of my body after class. I enjoy how coordinated I feel, every muscle participating in a movement, even as simple as turning from side to side in a standing position. Also, I am more able to correct my chronic bad posture as the class helps me to be aware of my body movements and where and how I can make corrections."
